Karena began her career in recruitment in 2015, where she supported multiple luxury fashion brands with their hiring needs. In 2018, she took the role of heading up recruitment at Stella McCartney, where she established internal recruitment practices and collaborated closely with both Kering and LVMH. She later joined Safiyaa as Global Talent Acquisition Manager, leading talent strategies on an international scale. With over a decade of recruitment experience in luxury retail, Karena now oversees the Permanent Head Office division at Four Seasons Recruitment.
