Lucy has worked in luxury and creative recruitment since the beginning of her career, building a strong foundation across multiple specialist sectors including creative and graphic design, interior design, and most recently production and technical recruitment.

Over the past 3 years, she has specialised in production and technical recruitment, working closely with premium and luxury brands. Her areas of specialism include atelier buying, and merchandising roles, giving her a strong understanding of both the creative and operational demands within luxury fashion environments.

Lucy is highly experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across niche and hard-to-fill roles, partnering closely with clients to deliver tailored hiring solutions in fast-paced, detail-driven sectors, including personally leading the recruitment of an entire technical and production team for an established premium designer, successfully supporting the build-out of a critical function within the business.
