As an Assistant Department Manager, you will work closely with the Department Manager to lead a team of experienced Style Advisors, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless luxurious shopping experience for all clients.
The Role:
- Driving sales whilst working towards targets and KPIs
- Training and coaching your team, always leading by example
- Conducting a seamless luxury experience for all in store, via telephone and email
- Maintaining the shop floor standards through immaculate presentation and merchandising
- Adhering to customer queries and complaints
- Supporting your team and celebrating success consistently
- Obtaining flawless product and industry knowledge
About You:
- Experience with management or mentoring
- Previous experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Passionate about the industry and its trends
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Commercially minded and sales driven
- Proactive mindset
