The role of Business Development Executive is pivotal here at Four Seasons Recruitment (FSR), this position is the face of our established luxury fashion and retail staffing agency. It is an exciting and fast-paced role, with a focus on face-to-face relationship building across London’s best and biggest boutiques and department stores.
Duties:
- Develop sales and client relationships (BD) for all levels/areas of the business, particular focus on developing in-person relationships with clients across central London, with occaisonal travel to Bicester Village
- Deliver new client revenue budget in line with expectations.
- Act as a positive and professional representative of FSR.
- Ensure that Clients are completely satisfied with the service provided by FSR and maximise sales opportunities in all client companies and prospective clients and lapsed clients through networking and sales activity.
- Be an expert in our services, promoting head office and retail per and retail temporary staff services, thus ensuring that FSR is the leading provider in this market as a result of exceptional service to clients.
- Ensure that client bookings and forward requirements are communicated in a timely and accurate manner to the office.
About you:
- At least 2-years work experience in a retail customer service focused role/ luxury retail role.
- A track record of excellent sales, relationship building, service, progress and achievement.
- You are sales experience and aptitude
