Our Client is a highly exclusive private and sample sales for the world's leading luxury and fashion brands.
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Cashier Manager to join the team. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and have a knack for leading a team, this could be the perfect role for you!
The Role:
- Overseeing all till operations, including managing customer queries and maintaining security at the cash desk
- Controlling cash handling procedures, meticulously investigating and resolving any discrepancies on the tills
- Extracting daily sales reports for each till, provide detailed business insights, and identify any discrepancies
- Training new cashiers and offer ongoing coaching to ensure high performance and adherence to all till procedures and processes
- Guaranteeing all team members provide impeccable customer experience at all times
- Managing client relationships and effectively resolve complaints
- Supervising, welcoming, informing, and answering any client queries with professionalism
- Uploading prices to the till software and preparing all point-of-sale materials, including pricing signage
- Reporting all client feedback to the management team to ensure each sale meets relevant targets
About You:
- Previous experience as a till manager or in a similar position
- Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven experience successfully leading a team
- Ability to excel in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Analytical
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
