THE ROLE
- Building strong client relationships and exceeding expectations
- Driving sales whilst working towards targets and KPI's
- Holding private appointments
- Cross selling across all departments
- Maintaining the standards of the shop floor and adhering to guidelines
- Developing detailed brand and product knowledge
- Supporting with inventory
ABOUT YOU
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Previous experience within luxury fashion
- Experienced with sales targets
- Proven ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team
- Well-versed with CRM
- Excellent communication skills
