The brand: My client is a world renowned luxury fashion brand, known for exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and an unparalleled shopping experience. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Concession Manager to oversee their exclusive concession located in one of the most prestigious department stores in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for luxury fashion and an expertise in footwear.
Role Overview: As the Concession Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our luxury footwear concession within a high-end department store. You will lead a team to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, maintain visual standards, and uphold the prestigious reputation of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the footwear concession, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, offering expert knowledge of our luxury footwear range and ensuring each customer’s needs are met with the highest standards.
- Drive sales and performance through effective stock management, visual merchandising, and implementing brand strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage inventory, including stock ordering, stock take, and ensuring the concession is always well-stocked with premium products.
- Maintain brand presentation, ensuring that all visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, setting clear goals for the team and providing regular feedback.
- Liaise with the department store management team to ensure that both parties are aligned on objectives and promotions.
- Ensure all operational procedures, including cash handling and store security, are adhered to in line with company policies.
Key Requirements:
- Must have a proven background in footwear retail, ideally in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role within a retail or luxury fashion environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional results.
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion and a thorough understanding of the footwear market.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
