Our client focuses on remarkable design, timeless fashion and immaculate customer service. This is a crucial role within a global powerhouse and will require meticulous organisation, confidence and excellent self-direction.

As CRM Specialist you will develop and implement appropriate strategies to drive revenue growth, whilst working closely with store teams and contributing to the client experience.

You will be expected to carry out your responsibilities to a high level of competency and diligence, and will need to be comfortable working on numerous tasks/projects to manage your workload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing CRM reports to identify improvement areas
  • Developing action plans for optimisation
  • Sharing insights with store teams and briefing on all new strategies
  • Monitoring CRM KPIs across all allocated stores and conducting development sessions to ensure targets are met
  • Developing local analysis on consumer behaviour and preferences

Clientelling:

  • Planning local campaigns as per the marketing strategy
  • Coordinating client gifting and targeted events
  • Organising store hospitality requirements and clientele services
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting internally

Retail Marketing:

  • Managing the sale preview and new season campaigns
  • Supporting in-store events with marketing initiatives
  • Producing regular competitor reports
  • Coordinating a local communication calendar

About You:

  • Previous CRM experience based in Head Office or in-store, within a luxury or premium fashion brand
  • Resilient

  • Commercially minded

The Package:
