As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in the brands’ digital and online presence, through create a captivating online presence that reflects the brand's exclusivity, premium service, and aesthetic.

The Role:
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the website, ensuring correct product listings, pricing, and content
- Uploading new products, managing inventory levels, and monitoring stock availability
- Ensuring website functionality, UX/UI, and performance align with brand standards
- Optimising product pages for visibility and conversion, incorporating SEO best practices
- Managing digital advertising efforts, including paid search and social media campaigns
- Executing email marketing strategies and CRM initiatives to drive engagement and sales
- Tracking and analysing key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and website traffic
- Utilising Google Analytics and other tools to identify trends, customer behaviour, and areas for improvement
- Providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinating with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and stock replenishment
- Handling customer inquiries related to online purchases
- Monitoring and optimising the checkout process
About You:
- E-commerce experience is essential (fashion, luxury, or lifestyle)
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms
- Familiar with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and digital marketing strategies

- £40,000 to £45,000 basic per annum
