Job Title: Head of Product Development
Salary: £55,000-60,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes
Four Seasons Recruitment are exclusively partnered with a startup brand, who are preparing to launch their first collection in the spring.
This high end heritage mens and womenswear brand, specialising in timeless and classic pieces, is looking for an experienced Head of Product Development or PD Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
- Manage the collection through development and production
- Creating and managing the critical path
- Creating tech packs
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and factories in Scotland, Portugal and Turkey
- Set sample launch and delivery dates
- Oversee the sourcing of trims and raw materials
- Have full autonomy over the PD process and in time, build your own team
About you:
- Have a strong understanding and knowledge of CMT/FF environments in the UK and Europe
- Possess commercial understanding of pricing, profit margins and negociating
- A proven track record in a similar role, working for a luxury and/or premium brand
- Extensive experience setting critical paths and managing the entire product lifecycle
