We are extremely proud to be working with one of the most renowned and exquisite high jewellery houses in the industry.
As a High Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will be representing the brand in their Bond Street boutique. You will provide every client with a personalised and engaging sales ceremony, demonstrating both your deep product knowledge and unwavering professionalism.
The Role:
- Presenting and showcasing high jewellery pieces with confidence, highlighting their unique features, craftsmanship and history
- Developing and managing your Client Book through diverse CRM channels
- Arranging and conducting private appointments with UHNW and VIP Clients, providing personalised and exclusive service
- Driving sales, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and passion
- Participating in and support in-store events, private viewings, and exhibitions
- Assisting with daily boutique operations
- Handling after-sales service and resolving client inquiries
- Maintaining impeccable personal presentation
About You:
- Experience within a fine jewellery or high jewellery brand is essential
- Immaculate presentation and polished demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong attention to detail
- An understanding of slow sales
- Proactive and driven
- Warm, personable and humble
The Package:
- £50,000 basic per annum
