As a Host/Hostess you will be responsible for delivering excellence and class at all times through the promise of immaculate and luxurious service.
The Role:
- Upholding the brands’ standards and values consistently
- Welcoming each client with a warm and polite demeanor
- Coordinating and organising appointments
- Maintaining the visual standard of the shop floor
- Obtaining a thorough knowledge on the history and heritage of the brand
- Storytelling and elevating the customers’ journey
- Offering and serving beverages
- Remaining on hand to support the team
- Thriving within a fast paced and high-pressure environment
About You:
- Well presented and articulate
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous host/hostess experience is desired
- Ability to perform to high standards under pressure
- Adaptable and reactive
- Strong understanding of luxury
