Luxury Watch Sales & E-Commerce Support
 Location: Chiswick, London 
 Salary: £30-35,000 + Commission
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Our client, a leading name in the luxury watch industry, is seeking an E-commerce administrator/Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with retail or watch sales experience who is looking to expand their skillset across both client-facing and digital channels.
The role offers structured training across multiple departments, making it ideal for someone looking to build a well-rounded career in luxury retail, e-commerce, and watch expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Support:
- Provide exceptional service to clients both in-person and over the phone
 - Manage and assist with in-store client appointments
 - Respond to daily customer enquiries via email and telephone
 - Support the full online sales journey—from enquiry to delivery
 - Develop product knowledge to confidently assist clients in buying and selling watches
 - Assist with aftercare services and client follow-up
 
E-Commerce & Digital:
- Learn and manage the in-house system for uploading stock to the website
 - Oversee the company website, including uploading and maintaining the product catalogue
 - Ensure all product images are edited to a high standard and consistent with brand guidelines
 - Monitor online listings for accuracy and freshness
 - Handle e-commerce fulfilment, including packaging and shipping processes
 - Create daily content for social media platforms to support product promotion and brand engagement
 
Operational & Admin Duties:
- Learn and assist with the full shipping process
 - Monitor company inboxes and handle communications during management absence
 - Gain familiarity with internal administrative systems and procedures
 - Support the wider team with various operational tasks as required
 - Optional training in watch polishing and re-finishing may be provided
 
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- At least 1 year of experience in watch sales or luxury retail
 - A strong interest in horology and high-end timepieces
 - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
 - Confidence using digital tools and platforms, including e-commerce systems
 - A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn across departments
 - Strong attention to detail, especially with product presentation and customer service
 - The ability to take initiative and handle responsibilities independently when required
 
The Package:
- Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum experince depending
 - Bonus
