An exciting opportunity to work as a Sales Associate with a luxury handbag company rich in culture, where the West meets the East. This brand offers a vibrant environment in the heart of Mayfair, a space filled with collections that empower global women and urges them to explore their identity with its timeless, unique and exuberant designs.
The role:
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the very best levels of customer service are met at all times by becoming a product expert (training provided).
- Greet customers with a warm welcome, engage in a personalised way and assist them in finding the best matching product based on their needs.
- Help the store manager maintain client book and retain client portfolio and assist to grow the customer base.
- Ensure the selling floor and stock are well maintained, clean and always organised.
- Process all point-of-sale (POS) transactions swiftly and accurately.
- Process orders for Made to Order products accurately and ensure the purchased items are delivered within deadlines.
- Support the store manager in receiving, checking off and storing new deliveries.
- Help with floor coverage and asset protection.
- Maintain the visuals of best sellers to high luxury retail standards and assist with visual merchandising.
- Be a part of a friendly team and collaborate with each other to reach store targets
About You:
- At least two years prior experience in a luxury retail store dealing with high-end goods and clientele.
- Must be highly motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Being an excellent representative of the brand and being able to emanate the brand lifestyle.
- Understands the importance of establishing and building relationships, clienteling and customer retention.
- Ability to manage expectations and deal with issues and challenging situations.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
