Would you like to join an industry leading, iconic Leather Goods brand as they open their newest and largest flagship boutique in the world?

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be representing the brand and supporting them as they open their new flagship boutique in the heart of Mayfair. You will be meticulous and ambitious in your approach, focused on delivering elevated customer service at all times.

 

The role:

  • Working towards monthly store targets
  • Fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Obtaining thorough brand history and product knowledge
  • Promising selling ceremony and storytelling to every customer
  • Personalising reach-out campaigns to complete CRM tasks
  • Organising and holding private client appointments
  • Adhering to impeccable standards through immaculate grooming, presentation and communication
  • Working closely within a team under pressure, supporting colleagues and managers

About You:

  • Experience within a luxury brand
  • Experience within a fast-paced retail environment
  • Worked within a multicultural environment
  • Meticulous and efficient
  • Versatile and willing to learn
  • Excellent presentation
  • Exceptional communication skills

The Package:

  • Up to £35,000 basic per annum
  • Commission structure
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Boutique hours
  • Every Sunday off, as the store is closed
  • Lunch Vouchers worth £1,000 a year.
  • 50% travel contribution
  • Uniform provided
