My client is one of London’s leading couture designers, renowned for producing exquisite collections in their exclusive Belgravia atelier. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join the team.
The brand cater to an elite clientele, offering luxury womenswear at the highest level. They are looking for a Senior Couture Sales professional who is eager to contribute to their esteemed brand and help drive its continued success.
As a Senior Couture Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in fostering long-term client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered at every step of the client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales opportunities and cultivate client loyalty by providing a personal and professional service.
- Manage the entire order process from start to finish, including client fittings and logistics coordination.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to guide clients effectively through the sales process.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, in-house administration, and atelier aesthetics.
- Maintain composure under pressure, ensuring communication with clients is clear and professional.
- Convert prospective leads into active clients, contributing to the growth of our customer base.
- Collaborate with the MD and Brand & Business Manager on all aspects of the production process.
- Work closely with the atelier team to ensure smooth operations within the boutique.
- Be ready to lend a hand wherever necessary!
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within high-end fashion or couture.
- A genuine passion for luxury womenswear and the fashion industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
