As a Sales Associate, you will be part of a family has retained its position as one of the premier parfumerie houses, with five generations of master perfumer know-how alongside cutting-edge innovation and inspiration.
The Role:
- Providing outstanding customer and after-sales service whilst offering advice and assistance to customers in a professional and efficient manner.
- Acting as a true ambassador of the House
- Building and maintaining loyal relationships with clients, developing the CRM database
- Showcasing integrity and enthusiasm consistently
- Thriving within a team-based environment; Being a vocal and engaged team member while positively and confidently responding to assigned tasks
- Utilising interpersonal and communication skills while providing exceptional customer service and engaging with customers to tailor their experience
- Consistently meet and exceed KPI’s
- Offering friendly and approachable assistance while ensuring that the shop floor is at the highest standards
- Execute the daily operational and day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
Essential Requirements:
- Passionate about perfume and scentLuxury Retail experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Elevated individual with exceptional presentation
- Proven ability to build client relationships and continue to nurture them
- Expertise in selling high-value products
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
