Our Client is a highly exclusive private and sample sales for the world's leading luxury and fashion brands.
This is a unique opportunity to thrive in an environment that is constantly evolving. You will collaborate closely with the Showroom Manager, focusing on leading a small team of two to manage the weekly delivery and inventory operations.
The Role:
- Overseeing all aspects of floor management, ensuring a seamless operation.
- Accepting deliveries and meticulously ensure stock accuracy through regular inventories.
- Taking full responsibility for weekly stock positions, reconciliations, and ageing reports.
- Managing regular cycle counts, proactively investigating and resolving discrepancies, including missing, un-barcoded, incorrect, or misplaced stock.
- Actioning stock loss reports and keep the Account Manager fully informed.
- Signing off on all Goods In and Dispatch slips.
- Organising vans and delivery schedules for stock loading and transportation.
- Accurately receiving stock, verifying quantity, description, and price against orders.
- Efficiently picking and preparing orders for dispatch and delivery.
- Communicating effectively with the floor manager to enhance sell-throughs.
- Conducting detailed analysis of stock take results, identifying areas for improvement.
- Managing the Return to Vendor (RTV) process, ensuring all returned stock is correctly located and processed.
- Overseeing zoning, merchandising, and product replenishment to optimize the showroom.
- Managing all product pricing and tagging.
About You:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills essential
