Role Overview
The Part-Time Sales Associate will be at the heart of bringing the new store to life. With flexibility to work 2–3 days per week (weekend availability required), this role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, building relationships, and delivering a truly memorable shopping experience.
The right candidate is bubbly, enthusiastic, and client-focused, able to share examples of how they’ve brought customers closer to a brand and built lasting connections. They will help maintain the boutique’s beautifully curated environment, embodying the brand’s romantic, whimsical, and distinctly American-style energy.
Key Responsibilities
Selling & Client Experience
- Welcome every customer with warmth, attentiveness, and a sunny, approachable energy
- Deliver confident, knowledgeable service that elevates the in-store experience
- Actively drive sales while supporting personal and store targets
- Provide styling guidance and expert product knowledge
- Build strong client relationships and maintain an organised client book, nurturing loyalty over time
Visual Merchandising
- Assist in setting up and maintaining floor displays, especially during the store launch
- Keep merchandise beautifully presented, fully replenished, and thoughtfully styled
- Support visual updates based on customer flow, seasonal trends, and sales insights
Operations
- Support smooth daily operations to ensure an exceptional customer journey
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and back-of-house areas
- Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and general store upkeep
- Follow all company policies and procedures
