Our client is a prominent jewellery brand who focuses on innovative designs, bold creativity, and ethical sourcing. Admired for distinctive and meaningful pieces, they are celebrated by clients for their daring and luxurious fine jewellery collections.
This role supports retail sales and operations to improve business performance, while always prioritising luxury customer service.
The Role:
- Optimising commercial performance though retail and operational support
- Building and maintaining loyal relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensuring client satisfaction at all times whilst reflecting company values
- Supporting with in-store retail events
- Working closely with Head of Retail and the Marketing Manager
- Using SAP to process stock transfers
- Owning the repair service
- Coordinating the CRM database and sales data
- Administering shipping documentation and processing all retail sales using Shopify
- Assisting with e-commerce sales and dispatching orders
- Maintaining the standards of the shop floor
- Supporting the operations team with logistics
About You:
- Previous experience with luxury goods
- Excellent communication
- Autonomous and proactive
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Understanding of SAP and Shopify
- Positive can do attitude
The Package:
- Up to £30,000 OTE
