About You:
- A proven track record and passion for customer service, ideally in the luxury or performance sectors
- Knowledgeable or experienced in outdoor activities, travel, and adventure
- Familiar with technical apparel, including materials, construction, and performance
- An excellent verbal communicator, confident in sharing your expertise
- A strong team player with a "challenge accepted" mindset
