As a Sales Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Store Manager and Creative Director. You will have the opportunity to develop and manage your own client base, handling the entire sales and order process while ensuring a seamless and luxury experience that aligns with the brand's prestigious reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Senior Consultant, Brand & Business Manager, and Managing Director.
  • Developing and manage your own client base, overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to final order, while fostering strong client relationships and loyalty.
  • Maintaining the highest standards in customer service, in-house administration, housekeeping, and the overall aesthetic within our Belgravia atelier.
  • Converting prospective leads into active, loyal clients through exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Working closely with UHNW client orders, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  • Remaining calm under pressure and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Supporting with the day-to-day running of the store

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for luxury footwear and a deep interest in the fashion and retail industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service within the luxury retail sector
  • A willingness to adapt and support in all aspects of the business as required.

Package information & additional details 

  • Up to £45,000 OTE
  • EVERY SUNDAY OFF
  • Store is closed over Christmas!
  • Quarterly product allowance
  • 30 days Annual Leave
