As a Sales Associate in their Mayfair Flagship boutique, you will use your strong shop floor presence and your passion for footwear as you provide styling advice based on deep brand knowledge. You will manage your own client base, handling the entire sales and order process while ensuring a seamless and luxury experience that aligns with the brand's prestigious reputation.
Alongside this, you will have significant back of house responsibilities and seamlessly support the operational and stock-related side of the business.
The Role:
- Working actively towards a store target as part of a close, dedicated team
- Providing in depth brand and product knowledge alongside styling advise to each client
- Holding 1:1 appointments with UHNW and VIP Clients
- Developing and manage your own client base, overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to final order, while fostering strong client relationships and loyalty
- Maintaining the highest standards in customer service, in-house administration, housekeeping, and the overall aesthetic in-store
- Managing stock levels, deliveries and store transfers
- Adhering to all store operational procedures, including security, loss prevention, and safety guidelines.
- Assisting with opening and closing the store as needed
About You:
- A genuine passion for luxury footwear and a deep interest in the fashion and retail industry
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable with a 50% shop floor / 50% back-of-house split
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Previous experience in sales or customer service within the luxury retail sector
- A willingness to adapt and support in all aspects of the business as required
