We are working with luxury French Linen brand who focus implicitly on their rich heritage, craftsmanship and the finest materials.
As a full-time Sales Associate in their Flagship Boutique, you will be dynamic and versatile in your approach as you curate memorable experiences for every customer – online and instore.
The Role:
- Working towards sales targets and KPI’s
- Focusing on clientelling – building and maintaining strong relationships
- Working closely with clients, offering advice and creative initiative
- Cross selling
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Completing administrative duties
- Booking couriers and invoicing
- Processing payments and refunds
- Adhering to stock and operational duties
- Supporting with visual merchandising and product displays
About You:
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Adept with time management and organisation
- Excelling verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft
The Package:
- £25,000 per annum
- Individual commission on each sale (great earnings potential)
