Sales Associate, Fine Jewellery

Salary £35k basic pro rata +Team Commission 

Refined yet bold, elegant yet effortless, timeless yet contemporary, my client is a stunning fine jewellery brand who are looking for a Sales Associate to join their team in Harrods.

The Brand Ambassador’s main objective is to provide outstanding customer experience, meeting/exceeding sales targets and ensuring that the sales floor is well maintained and stocked. Focusing on all details with a firm, clear and highly professional approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide excellent customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
  • Build and maintain a client base through consistent follow-up with phone calls and thank you notes, scheduling appointments to review new product lines, and inviting to store events.
  • Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits of merchandise beyond the basics, current fashion trends, and suggestive selling techniques, to appeal to the customer’s needs, and ultimately generate sales.
  • Displays an energetic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to manage basic store operations: processing shipment/transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on sales floor, maintaining perfect visual standards, aware of inventory/shortage concerns, and communicating replenishment needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management, and create strong partnerships with other brand associates and managers to meet customer’s needs, develop business driving initiatives, contests, and events.
  • Schedule flexibility and dependability.
  • Contributes towards the store reaching and exceeding weekly, quarterly and annual objectives and goals; also responsible for reaching and exceeding personal sales goals.
  • Partners with store management to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative, and approachable shopping environment.
  • Operational experience.
  • All other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 - 2 years of prior Luxury Brand retail experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and create productive client relationships.
  • Currently living in or commutable distance to London.
  • Pass Harrods store approval.
  • Flexible schedule, available at weekends and is able to work shifts until 21:30.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic and FE speakers are a bonus.
