We are seeking candidates with experience in a fast-paced premium retail space to join our Client’s Global Flagship boutique. This is a rare opportunity to move from high street or premium retail into a globally respected luxury environment. You will be joining a boutique team, offering a high-touch client experience and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thriving within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Delivering tailored service to diverse, international clients
- Building and managing a personal client book through CRM and outreach
- Driving boutique performance through driving sales and exceeding targets
- Maintaining brand standards across immaculate presentation, operations and reflection of values
- Showcasing thorough brand and product knowledge in your selling ceremony
- Using cross selling and upselling methods to maximise on sales
- Collaborating effectively and closely with the shop floor team

- Experience within a fast-paced retail environment
- Confident with high-value sales and luxury service

The Package:
- Up to £33,000 basic per annum
- Generous Commission Structure
