OVERVIEW

The Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the successful launch and ongoing operation of this new store. Part of the entry-level management team, you will help drive both personal and team sales performance.

Working closely with Store Management and Sales Associates, you will help build the store’s culture from day one - setting expectations for exceptional client service, visual standards, and operational excellence.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest while delivering attentive, knowledgeable service that reflects the brand’s elevated experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets and support strong team performance in selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain an organised, accurate client book to nurture long‑term customer relationships.
  • Support visual merchandising by assisting with floor‑set execution, upholding daily brand standards, ensuring correct fixture placement and lighting, and keeping the shop floor fully stocked and visually aligned with sales performance.
  • Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations, stepping in to supervise the floor when required.
  • Adhere to all company policies, raising any concerns promptly and appropriately.
  • Contribute to opening and closing procedures while keeping all work areas and the cash desk clean, tidy, and well stocked.
  • Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and asset‑protection activity, particularly during the store launch period.
