Senior Sales Associate

Flagship boutique store, Bond Street

Up to £40k base salary OTE £50K

Our client has been an industry leader in luxury menswear for over 60 years. Timeless luxury is pledged in every garment through perfected craftsmanship and a blend of Italian culture and style. 

As a Senior Sales Associate in their Flagship London boutique, you will act as a brand ambassador at all times, exuding professionalism and luxury. Whilst working towards targets, you will maximise sales by building relationships and providing the highest standard of service.

The Role:

  • Maximising sales
  • Maintaining loyal relationships with new and existing customers to build a strong client book
  • Reflecting your knowledge and understanding of the brands’ product and history
  • Shaping your advice and recommendations accordingly with customers
  • Acting as an ambassador for the brand, always promoting values
  • Using your tailoring expertise to perfect styles and fittings
  • Collaborating effectively with a close team
  • Assisting in upholding the visual standards of the boutique
  • Coordinating daily deliveries
  • Adhering to administrative duties when required

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a luxury menswear brand
  • Must be fluent in Italian or Arabic
  • Strong salesperson
  • Dedicated and focussed team player
  • Personable and confident

The Package:

  • Basic Salary up to £40,000 per annum
  • Commission
