Our client is seeking a Store Manager for their Kildare Outlet location.
The ideal candidate will approach store operations positively and proactively, ensuring engagement and motivation to meet standards and expectations consistently.
The Role:
- Driving sales in-store to exceed targets and KPIs
- Developing sales techniques
- Implementing strong clientelling initiatives
- Managing budgets and address sales underperformance
- Providing clear customer feedback and solutions
- Undertaking competitor analysis
- Managing store rotas for profitability
- Identifying key performers and coach the team
- Demonstrating in-depth brand knowledge
- Ensuring elevated service levels
- Addressing customer concerns effectively
- Upholding luxury service and Company Values
- Setting and managing team KPIs
- Managing recruitment, training, and development
- Fostering a supportive environment
- Conducting and delivering stock take
About You:
- Previous Experience in premium or luxury retail
- Commercially minded and sales driven
- Analytical
