In this role, you will be fully responsible for managing the store in London.
You will be the brand's best ambassador. Along with your team of Sales Advisors, you will ensure an exceptional client experience, building brand awareness and creating a dream-like shopping experience. You will help clients select the perfect wardrobe pieces while maximizing the impact of the collection on the sales floor. Your deep understanding of the brand's strategy will allow you to optimize performance in your boutique, ensuring both image and business goals are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Image
- Represent the brand’s image, embodying the standards set by the company and guiding the sales team to uphold these values.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador on the boutique floor.
- Train sales teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Ensure window and in-store displays reflect the essence of the collection and align with the brand’s image.
- Maintain the boutique environment, ensuring it is pristine and that the team maintains a professional image.
Talent Leadership and Development
- Participate in collection buying sessions and apply the brand’s methodology.
- Keep the team motivated and aligned with the brand’s vision and mission.
- Communicate regularly with the boutique team to inspire them and reinforce the brand's unique approach, using daily briefings and monthly meetings to review performance and address challenges.
- Develop the team by identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and creating individual development plans.
- Supervise the team in maintaining operational excellence.
Support the Development of the Business
- Design and review the boutique roster to optimize staffing according to traffic demands.
- Ensure commercial and financial objectives for the boutique are met.
- Ensure operational procedures related to sales, discounts, stock adjustments, and other policies are followed.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager and Commercial teams to ensure stock levels are optimal to achieve targeted sales.
- Support the implementation of commercial initiatives in the boutique.
- Ensure compliance with group commercial policies in store.
PROFILE
- Significant experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills, including empathy, coaching, and motivating others.
- A strong customer service mindset.
- Curious and adaptable, able to thrive in a changing retail environment while aligning with the business development strategy.
- Structured, organized, and proactive.
