An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and inspirational Store Manager to lead the first-ever London store for an established international fashion brand. This is a pivotal role, offering the chance to shape the brand’s UK presence from day one and play a key part in its long-term growth.

Reporting into the Head of Retail, the Store Manager will have full ownership of the store, acting as the senior brand representative in London. They will lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving strong commercial results.

The Role
The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all commercial, people and operational objectives are met. They will lead from the front, setting the standard in customer service, team culture and brand presentation, while operating with a strong entrepreneurial mindset in a standalone location

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead and motivate a passionate and engaged store team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a role model on the shop floor
  • Drive sales performance and achieve key retail KPIs including conversion, ATV and UPT
  • Take full ownership of recruitment, onboarding, training and development
  • Manage store operations including rostering, stock control, visual merchandising and compliance
  • Maintain immaculate store standards and ensure brand guidelines are upheld
  • Analyse performance, identify opportunities and feedback local market insights
  • Act as the key point of contact for HR, health & safety and loss prevention matters
  • Support local marketing initiatives, community partnerships and launch activity

About You

  • Proven experience as a successful Store Manager within fashion retail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Commercially driven with a clear understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
  • Highly organised, resilient and comfortable working autonomously
  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Excited by the opportunity to be part of a brand’s first London store opening
